Action Plan :: Do Nothing

In business, managers often believe that aggressive action is the mark of true power.

Motivated by ego, they create an organizational culture driven by self-interest and confrontation. An environment that does not yield positive long-term results.

They need to release their desire to have everything conform to their viewpoint. Only then can they see their situational reality and find the harmony within it.

Surrendering to the inherent cause and effect in all deeds, they will accept the power of non-action. And realizing that they don’t have to force anything, they can act in the best interest of everyone. Thus, everyone benefits.

The most enduring action plan is the one that does nothing unnatural to the situation.
